Abstract: a compound of formula (i) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, acid, metabolite or prodrug thereof, which is used for treating in a tumor microenvironment cancers or tumors where m2-phenotype macrophages predominate, y, a, n, r, rand rbeing as defined in the description. by converting m2-phenotype tams into m1-phenotype tams in a tumor immune microenvironment, the tumor microenvironment is improved, the phagocytic effect of macrophages on tumor cells is promoted, and the growth of the tumor is further inhibited.
