Abstract: an information processing apparatus according to the present disclosure includes at least one processor, in which the processor is configured to: generate a difference image representing a difference between a low-energy image captured by irradiating a subject, in which a contrast agent is injected, with radiation having first energy and a high-energy image captured by irradiating the subject with radiation having second energy higher than the first energy; detect a lesion region including a lesion from each of the low-energy image and the difference image; perform a comparison determination of a position of the lesion region detected from the low-energy image and a position of the lesion region detected from the difference image; and output a comparison determination result.
