Weighted Pillows

Abstract: a weighted system for a pillow that comprises an insert comprising fillers and at least one flattened weighted pouch that is attached to the bottom portion of the insert with industrial strength fasteners. the weighted pouch comprises weighted extra heavy poly pellets encased in a poly tubing, which is further encased in a pouch made of water proof or water resistive material. the insert comprising fillers and weighted pouch is enclosed in spun bonded outdoor fabric. such insert is then placed in a case or cover which can be removed from the insert to replace or wash the case or cover.
