Abstract: a display panel, a display apparatus, and a method for manufacturing a display panel. the display panel includes: a base plate; a first electrode layer including a plurality of first electrodes; a light-transmitting electrically conductive layer including a light-transmitting electrically conductive portion; a pixel defining layer including a pixel defining portion and a first opening; and an isolation structure arranged at a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base plate, an isolation opening and a light-transmitting opening being surrounded by the isolation structure, an orthographic projection of the isolation opening on the base plate at least partially overlapping an orthographic projection of the first opening on the base plate, and an orthographic projection of the light-transmitting opening on the base plate at least partially overlapping an orthographic projection of the light-transmitting electrically conductive portion on the base plate.
