CELL SCHEDULING METHOD AND APPARATUS

Abstract: embodiments of this application provide a cell scheduling method, wherein a terminal device receives a downlink control information format from a network device; and the terminal device determines, whether at least one cell in the plurality of cells are scheduled based on a combination of the first indicator field and the fourth indicator field in the downlink control information format.
