Configuration Parameters for Sidelink

Abstract: a first wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a first reference signal received power (rsrp) threshold value for selecting a non-preferred resource set for inter-ue coordination, and a second rsrp threshold value for selecting a sidelink resource for sidelink transmission by the first wireless device. the first wireless device transmits, to a second wireless device, a medium access control (mac) control element (ce) indicating a first non-preferred resource set for the second wireless device, wherein the first non-preferred resource set is selected based on the first rsrp threshold value. the first wireless device transmits, to a third wireless device, a sidelink transmission via a first sidelink resource, wherein the first sidelink resource is selected based on the second rsrp threshold value.
