Abstract: this application discloses a transmit power determining method, a terminal, and a storage medium. the transmit power determining method of the embodiments of this application includes: determining or obtaining, by a terminal, first power information, where the first power information includes at least one of the following: an sl reference power, an sl nominal power, and an ul nominal power; and determining, by the terminal, the sl transmit power based on the first power information.
