Abstract: various solutions for transmit power determination for sounding reference signal (srs) with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. an apparatus may determine a type of random access procedure. the apparatus may determine a transmit power control (tpc) command value according to the type of random access procedure. the apparatus may obtain an srs power control variable according to the tpc command value. the apparatus may transmit an srs to a network node according to the srs power control variable.
