Abstract: a method can include sending, by a first base station to a second base station, a secondary node modification request message for a wireless device. the secondary node modification request message can include a quality-of-experience (qoe) measurement collection (qmc) information query requesting a qmc configuration information of the second base station for the wireless device. the method can also include receiving, by the first base station from the second base station, a secondary node modification request acknowledge message comprising the qmc configuration information. the method can further include sending, by the first base station to a third base station, a request message comprising the qmc configuration information.
