Abstract: a motor control device that controls a motor m that drives an electric device, the motor control device includes a target current information acquisition unit that acquires target current information indicating a target current value of a current for energizing the motor, an actual current information acquisition unit that acquires actual current information indicating an actual current value of a current actually flowing through the motor, and a voltage value setting unit that sets a voltage value of a voltage to be applied to the motor, wherein the voltage value setting unit lowers the voltage value when the actual current value exceeds the target current value, and increases the voltage value when the actual current value falls below the target current value.
