WRITE DRIVER AND SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME

Abstract: a write driver for performing a write operation on a semiconductor memory device includes a first pull-up circuit, a second pull-up circuit and a pull-down circuit. the first pull-up circuit is connected to an output terminal, and pulls up the output terminal based on a power supply voltage and a first pull-up control signal. the second pull-up circuit is connected to the output terminal, and pulls up the output terminal based on the power supply voltage and a second pull-up control signal. the pull-down circuit is connected to the output terminal, and pulls down the output terminal based on a ground voltage and a pull-down control signal. a first pull-up operation for pulling up the output terminal using the first pull-up circuit, and a second pull-up operation for pulling up the output terminal using the second pull-up circuit are selectively performed.
