Abstract: a method, computer program product, and computing system for: receiving an initial claim for a vehicle from a submitter, wherein the initial claim is destined for a claim service processor; processing the initial claim to determine if the initial claim can be processed by an existing bot included within a claim processing bot repository; if the initial claim can be processed by any of the existing bots included within the claim processing bot repository, processing the initial claim using a specific bot included within the claim processing bot repository.
