System for Programming Data to a Headless Data Center Asset

Abstract: a system, method, and computer-readable medium for performing a data center management and monitoring operation. the data center management and monitoring operation includes: identifying a headless data center asset within a data center; identifying a baseboard management controller associated with a data center asset within the data center; accessing the baseboard management controller associated with the data center asset; determining whether the headless data center asset is capable of being programmed; and, programming the headless data center asset with programming data via the baseboard management controller associated with the data center asset when the headless data center asset is capable of being programmed.
