Abstract: a method for analysis of a gas stream includes adjusting a voltage to a particulate matter sensor, the particulate matter sensor having an agglomeration of particulate matter. the method includes measuring a first rate of current change caused by adjusting the voltage, wherein the first rate of current change is proportional to the concentration of the agglomeration of particulate matter.
