Abstract: the present disclosure provides compositions and methods of inhibiting corrosion, including under-deposit corrosion, of a metal surface in contact with a medium. a method may include adding a composition to the metal surface. a composition may include a first reaction product, a second reaction product, a trimer acid, a solvent, and a viscosifier dimer acid. the first reaction product may be produced by reacting a first amine with a first carboxylic acid and a dimer acid. the second reaction product may be produced by reacting a second amine with a second carboxylic acid.
