Abstract: an inkjet ink that sufficiently suppresses photodiscoloration and/or photofading of printed images and has excellent lightfastness and tablet printed matter including printed parts printed with the inkjet ink. an inkjet ink according to this embodiment contains: blue no. 1 as a food dye; and water and ethanol as a solvent, in which, when only trehalose is contained as a fixing agent, the compounding ratio of the trehalose is in the range of 7.5 mass % or more and 20.0 mass % or less based on the total mass of the inkjet ink and, when trehalose and reduced isomaltulose are contained as the fixing agent, the compounding ratio of the trehalose is in the range of 2.5 mass % or more and 15.0 mass % or less based on the total mass of the inkjet ink and the compounding ratio of the reduced isomaltulose is 10.0 mass % or less based on the total mass of the inkjet ink.
