Abstract: an organic light-emitting element with high color purity and durability by introducing one ligand lwith a naphtho[2,1-f]isoquinoline skeleton and a tricyclic or polycyclic ring a bound together and two ligands lwith a phenylpyridine skeleton into a molecule to produce an iridium complex with high color purity and thermal stability and introducing the iridium complex as a guest into a light-emitting layer.
