Abstract: a jaw of a jaw set used for construction or demolition applications has liners positioned between the blade pockets of the jaw set body and the blades of the jaw set to protect the blade pockets of the jaw set body from contact with worn or deformed blades during operation so that the worn or deformed blades do not damage the blade pockets of the jaw bodies. such damage is inherent with the common utilization of worn or deformed blades.
