FILTER MANIFOLD FOR A FILTER ASSEMBLY

Abstract: a filter manifold for a filter assembly includes an outer casing having a body with an inner surface defining a chamber. a first protrusion extends radially inwardly from the inner surface of the body and extends arcuately along an inner circumference of the chamber. an inner casing is rotatably arranged in the chamber of the outer casing and includes a cylindrical structure having an outer surface arranged facing the inner surface of the body. a second protrusion extends radially outwardly from the outer surface of the cylindrical structure and extends arcuately along an outer circumference of the cylindrical structure. the first protrusion and the second protrusion facilitate an insertion of the inner casing into the chamber along an insertion axis of the body such that the rotational axis of the inner casing, once fully inserted, is arranged at an offset from the insertion axis of the outer casing.
