Abstract: the present invention is constructed or engineered tissue, suitable for isolating, protecting, repairing, and/or regenerating a nerve or a portion thereof. the invention includes a nerve wrap, enclosure, conduit, or tubular shape formed from the tissue, methods of making the nerve wrap, methods of using the wrap, and methods of treatment using the wrap. the invention also provides a product for treating other types of tissue damage.
