Abstract: a pot for cultivating a plant, including a planting area and a root guide channel extending between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and configured to guide the development of roots downstream of the planting area, said channel being accessible to the roots of a plant planted in the planting area, the channel winding around a guideline and making more than one revolution around said guideline between the inlet and the outlet.
