Abstract: provided is an image sensor including a sensor substrate including a plurality of sensing elements, a color filter layer on the sensor substrate and including a plurality of color filters configured to transmit light of different colors, and a nano-photonic lens array on the color filter layer and including a plurality of nanostructures that are configured to concentrate incident light on the plurality of sensing elements, wherein the nano-photonic lens array includes a plurality of main lenses and a plurality of corner lenses respectively corresponding to the plurality of main lenses, the plurality of corner lenses being smaller than the plurality of main lenses, and wherein a size of each of the plurality of main lenses is three times or more larger than a size of each of the plurality of corner lenses.
