Abstract: the defogging device comprises an electrical circuit for heating the window glass. the electrical circuit includes a heating wire disposed on the window glass and a repairing wiring disposed on the window glass. the heating wire includes a first heat generating portion, a second heat generating portion extending from the first heat generating portion, and a third heat generating portion extending from the second heat generating portion. the repairing wiring includes: a first repairing portion provided on a line on the window glass that can bypass the first heat generating portion and the second heat generating portion and having an interrupting portion; and a second repairing portion provided on a line on the window glass that can bypass the second heat generating portion and the third heat generating portion and having an interrupting portion.
