Abstract: a wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (rrc) messages comprising cell indexes of secondary cells of a cell group. the wireless device does not monitor, on a secondary cell of the secondary cells, a physical downlink control channel (pdcch) during a time duration based on the time duration corresponding to an uplink transmission on a lead secondary cell with a lowest cell index among the secondary cells of the cell group, where the lead secondary cell is an activated secondary cell.
