Abstract: a decoding method according to some example embodiments includes reading a first input data including information on a first encoded bitstream buffer address from an input data buffer, reading a first dpb data including information on a first dpb address from a dpb data buffer, generating a first decoded picture by decoding a first encoded bitstream stored at the first encoded bitstream buffer address, and storing the first decoded picture at the first dpb address.
