Abstract: embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. a communication device receives a radio resource control (rrc) signaling, wherein the rrc signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (harq) time sequence k1 set, wherein k1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (pdsch) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (pucch), or wherein the k1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (pdsch) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (pusch). the device determines harq feedback information based on the time window information and the time unit format information and sends the harq feedback information.
