Abstract: an antenna device includes a first substrate and first and second antenna units disposed above the first substrate. the first antenna unit includes a first transistor, a first lower antenna electrode and a first upper antenna electrode. the second antenna unit includes a second transistor, a second lower antenna electrode, and a second upper antenna electrode. a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode of the first transistor are respectively symmetrical to a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode of the second transistor.
