Abstract: a top cover assembly and a single battery are disclosed. the top cover assembly includes a top cover sheet and a lower plastic, the lower plastic is connected to one side of the top cover sheet, the lower plastic includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member which are arranged at an interval, and a buffer member connected between the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and the buffer member is capable of expanding and contracting according to a change of a distance between the first connecting member and the second connecting member.
