Abstract: a positive electrode includes a first active material layer and a second active material layer sequentially laminated on a positive electrode current collector. a conductor contained in the first active material layer is a needle-type conductor and increases the adhesive strength between the positive electrode current collector and the positive electrode active material layer by increasing the content of the needle-type conductor contained in the first active material layer compared to the second active material layer. a lithium secondary battery including the same is also provided.
