Abstract: a mass spectrometer includes a mass filter, a wave-detection unit and a power supply device. the mass filter selects ions having a mass-to-charge ratio corresponding to an applied ac voltage. the wave-detection unit detects an ac voltage to be applied to the mass filter. the power supply device applies an ac voltage to the mass filter based on an ac voltage detected by the wave-detection unit. the wave-detection unit has a plurality of rectifiers. each of the plurality of rectifiers includes a rectifying device. the plurality of rectifiers are electrically connected to one another in parallel.
