Automated Impact Assessment for Unallocated Shifts

Abstract: a method includes: detecting, at a computing device, an unallocated shift record corresponding to a facility, the unallocated shift record defining a time period and a task identifier; executing, at the computing device, a classification model to generate an index corresponding to the unallocated shift record; generating, at the computing device, an impact indicator for the unallocated shift record based on the time period, the task identifier, and the index; selecting a control action for the unallocated shift record according to the impact indicator; and executing the selected control action.
