Abstract: systems and methods for data backup and restore operations in response to accidents are described. in some embodiments, an information handling system (ihs) may include a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having program instructions stored thereon that, upon execution, cause an operating system (os) to receive an accident indication and change a data backup setting in response to the indication.
