Abstract: the present invention belongs to the technical field of quantum-dot diffusion plates, and particularly relates to a quantum-dot diffusion plate, and a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. the quantum-dot diffusion plate comprises a diffusion layer, a quantum dot layer and a transparent layer, wherein the quantum dot layer is arranged between the diffusion layer and the transparent layer. the design of the diffusion layer and the transparent layer, which are respectively at the upper portion and lower portion, can ensure that quantum dots are protected by the upper and lower layers as well as ensuring a lighting effect of the diffusion plate, thereby preventing the quantum dots from inactivation caused by the impact of external factors during the use and storage of the quantum dots, and improving the brightness retention rate.
