Abstract: a four-way valve, a temperature control system, and an energy storage system. the four-way valve includes a valve body and a valve plug. the valve body includes a mounting cavity, a first valve port, a second valve port, a third valve port, and a fourth valve port. the first valve port, the second valve port, the third valve port, and the fourth valve port all penetrate an inner side surface of the mounting cavity and an outer side surface of the valve body, and are configured to circulate fluid. the valve plug is accommodated in the mounting cavity and is rotatable relative to the valve body. a circumferential side of the valve plug includes a plurality of partition cavities. a working mode of the four-way valve includes a first mode, a second mode, and a third mode.
