Abstract: a method of controlling the supply of multiple fuels to an engine of an aircraft is disclosed. the aircraft includes a first fuel having a first composition and a second fuel having a second composition. the second composition comprises a greater proportion of sustainable aviation fuel, saf, than the first composition. the engine is supplied with the first fuel during a first phase of flight of the aircraft. during a second phase of the flight of the aircraft, subsequent the first phase, supply to the engine is switched from the first fuel to the second fuel.
