Abstract: the present invention provides a vertical takeoff and landing assistance aircraft which mates with deployable aircraft to assist the deployable aircraft with takeoff and landing. the assistance aircraft may incorporate the use of one or more multi-motor assemblies for enhanced aircraft performance. the vertical takeoff and landing assistance aircraft is designed to allow the deployable aircraft to be mated or fastened to the top portion of the assistance aircraft allowing a top release of the deployable aircraft. the assistance aircraft, upon deployment of the deployable aircraft, drops below the deployable aircraft. the assistance aircraft also includes one or more methods for deployment and recapture of the deployable aircraft.
