Abstract: a bulkhead of a motor vehicle, wherein the bulkhead extends transversely to a vehicle direction and is configured to separate a passenger compartment and a front compartment, the bulkhead including an upper cross member, and two inner a-pillars which are arranged in each case to a side of the bulkhead. the bulkhead further includes sill receiving elements and longitudinal member receiving elements which are arranged in each case on the inner a-pillars, and a lower cross member, the lower cross member and the bulkhead being configured as a one-piece or integral light metal pressure die-cast part.
