PRINTING METHOD AND PRINTING APPARATUS

Abstract: a printing method includes: determining usable nozzles of a first head and usable nozzles of a second head so that a distance between a first nozzle and a second nozzle is a pitch p or less; and performing printing by repeatedly ejecting liquid droplets from each of the usable nozzles of the first head and the usable nozzles of the second head. the printing method further includes, in a case where a color streak occurs at a position on a recording medium where a first liquid droplet ejected from the first nozzle and the first liquid droplet ejected from the second nozzle have landed and in a case where a dot line is to be formed, changing a size of a liquid droplet ejected from at least one of the first nozzle or the second nozzle to be smaller than a size of the first liquid droplet.
