Abstract: 5-methoxy-n,n-dimethyltryptamine (5-meo-dmt) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the treatment of a mental or nervous system disorder in a mother having a child of age 18 months or below, wherein the 5-meo-dmt or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered via the intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous route.
