Abstract: a display panel and an electronic device are provided. the display panel has an inner cut-off region and a partition region adjacent to inner cut-off region. the display panel includes a substrate, a light-emitting layer, and a hole injection layer. the light-emitting layer is on the substrate. the hole injection layer is between the light-emitting layer and the substrate, and the light-emitting layer is on the hole injection layer and away from the substrate. the hole injection layer includes a first hole injection sub-portion in the partition region and a second hole injection sub-portion in the inner cut-off region and between the light-emitting layer and the substrate. a distance between the second hole injection sub-portion and the substrate is smaller than a distance between the first hole injection sub-portion and the substrate, and the first hole injection sub-portion is separated from the second hole injection sub-portion.
