Abstract: this application provides example communication methods and devices. one example method is applied to a receiving device, and the method includes receiving a first data frame, where the first data frame includes a plurality of pieces of synchronization information, and the plurality of pieces of synchronization information are all used for frame synchronization. frame synchronization is performed on the first data frame based on one or more of the plurality of pieces of synchronization information.
