Abstract: this application discloses a method for measuring and reporting cross-link interference, a device, and a readable storage medium. the method includes: receiving, by a terminal, first configuration information from a network device, where the first configuration information includes first information and/or second information; performing, by the terminal, cross-link interference cli measurement on a cli measurement resource based on the first configuration information; and sending, by the terminal to the network device, a cli report corresponding to the cli measurement resource, where the first information is used to configure or indicate spatial relation information corresponding to each cli measurement resource, and the second information is used to configure or indicate a configuration parameter for cli measurement.
