Abstract: aspects of this disclosure relate to a circularly polarized antenna element and a feeding network coupled to circularly polarized antenna element. the feeding network can sequentially rotate a radio frequency signal. the feeding network includes a first delay line and a second delay line, where the first delay line and the second delay line are in different layers that are stacked with each other.
