CAPACITOR ARRAY AND COMPOSITE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

Abstract: a capacitor array that includes: a plurality of solid electrolytic capacitor elements, each of the solid electrolytic capacitor elements including an anode plate, a porous layer on at least one surface of the anode plate, a dielectric layer on the porous layer, and a cathode layer on the dielectric layer, each of the solid electrolytic capacitor elements being partitioned from each other by a slit-shaped removal part and having first and second main surfaces which oppose each other in a thickness direction thereof; and a sealing layer on the first main surface and the second main surface of each of the plurality of solid electrolytic capacitor elements, wherein the slit-shaped removal part has a taper that decreases in width proceeding from the first main surface toward the second main surface or from the second main surface toward the first main surface of the plurality of solid electrolytic capacitor elements.
