Abstract: a multilayer electronic component may include: a body including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode alternately disposed with the dielectric layer, the body and an external electrode disposed on the body. the third and fourth surfaces of the body, opposing each other in a second direction, may include an exposed portion and a non-exposed portion other than the exposed portion. the external electrode may include a base electrode layer including a metal disposed on the exposed and non-exposed portions. an intermediate electrode layer disposed on the base electrode layer disposed in the non-exposed portion. an upper electrode layer disposed on the intermediate electrode layer in the non-exposed portion. the intermediate electrode layer may include a metal and a resin, and the upper electrode layer may include sn and a resin.
