Abstract: a system and method of placing a location-based bet is presented in embodiments herein. bets, offers, and incentives, may be presented to a user via a mobile device based on a location of the mobile device relative to a geographic region. the geographic region may be associated with a sporting event or a sporting venue such as a sport arena. different bets, offers, and incentives may be presented inside the geographic region than outside the geographic region based on the different experiences for the fans in each geographic region.
