Abstract: a detection assembly for a medical detection device and a medical detection device are disclosed. the detection assembly includes a housing and a detection electrode. the housing includes a top surface, a bottom surface, at least one side surface, a fluid inlet, and a fluid outlet. the at least one side surface is connected to each of the top surface and the bottom surface. a cavity is defined within the housing. each of the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet is communicated with the cavity. a groove is recessed from an area of the top surface that is adjacent to the at least one side surface. the detection electrode is disposed in the groove.
