Abstract: a heat transport device includes a heat exchanger, a fluid supplier, and a supply flow path. the heat exchanger includes a circulation flow path through which a fluid f can circulate and a first cooler that cools the fluid. the circulation flow path includes a heat absorbing flow path arranged in a first heat source and a heat radiation flow path arranged in the first cooler. the supply flow path connects the circulation flow path of the heat exchanger and the fluid supplier.
