A FLUOROCHEMICAL-FREE GREASE-BARRIER PAPER

Abstract: the present disclosure provides a fluorochemical-free grease barrier paper comprising a base paper, wherein: a first side of the base paper is impregnated with a first composition comprising oxidized starch, dextrin, a crosslinker and a wax, such as alkyl ketene dimer (akd); and a second side of the base paper is impregnated with a second composition comprising oxidized starch, dextrin and a crosslinker.
