Abstract: in the research and cell therapy of a mesenchymal stem cell, it is necessary to secure a large number of cells. an object of the present invention is to provide a production method of a mesenchymal stem cell, which enables a large amount of mesenchymal stem cells maintaining undifferentiated properties to be produced. according to the present invention, there is provided a production method of a mesenchymal stem cell, including culturing a mesenchymal stem cell in a culture vessel in which a water contact angle of a bottom surface that is brought into contact with a cell is 70� or more, and subculturing the mesenchymal stem cell two or more times.
